How do I measure the circumference of my head?

Measure the circumference of your head in centimetres by wrapping the tape around your head level with your eyebrows.

 

-  Size 1 for head circumference 57-61 cm (22-24 in.) and

-  Size 2 for head circumference 62-64 cm (24.5 - 25.5 in.).

 

The given sizes don’t fit my head, what should I do?

This isn’t a problem as we can make a night cap to order! Without any extra cost, of course!

 

 

Can I return or exchange my night cap?

This is no problem at all. Just return the cap, explaining what you require and you will be sent a replacement hat as soon as possible. When returning an item, please ensure that you don’t forget to let us know your bank details so we can return your money. We do not exchange or accept the returns of worn items.

 

 

How long does it take to receive the item?

Delivery usually occurs within 1-2 days after payment has been received. This is possible because the hats are usually available in stock. Delivery will only take longer in exceptional circumstances, e.g. for bespoke items. This can take up to a week.

 

What fabrics are used?

The night cap is made of cotton containing a small amount of Elastan (Spandex), necessary to guaranty the cap keeps its shape.

 

How do I wash my night cap?

The night cap should be washed by hand the first time but from then on it may be washed at 30 degrees (no hotter!) in the washing machine.

Never place in a tumble dryer!
